Leave the marquee singing for the summer. Spend what you need now to stay up, that's priority #1…though a big name to get the fans hyped, and buying shirts, wouldn't go amiss. Have to stay up though

  2. Richie Mason

This was meant to be the biggest transfer window for this club chris wood and trippier in so far. Getting turned down by the likes of lingard and van der beek that would rather be on the bench than join. Just bidding on anyone and everyone by the looks of it. Makes is laugh everyone's saying get this carlos in not one person knows who is he you muppets

CB and a creative mid a must – ideally need another striker and an additional CB and just about anyone else they can get. Squad needs an overhaul or strengthening in just about every position

  4. Peter Griffin

If we take Lascelles for example – we signed him all the way back in 2014 and he was our captain in the Championship….the fact that he's still our captain in 2022 in the Premier League is mind boggling, not to mention we still have allot more dead wood from that time like Clark, Ritchie, Manquillo, Hayden & Murphy. We signed those players years ago and they're just not good enough. No wonder we're really struggling. We need two CB's and a creative midfielder in this transfer window or we're down.

Its simple as we got relegated on saturday just wait until summer and we will get most of these targets for nothing. Get the new manager in now so we hit the ground running and hand the hankies to that shower of shit we call a team.

Kudos to you guys. You manage to get fantastic guests on your channel(s) and, mentioning no names, you didn't have to be an actor to get them. Everything that's happening to you, you've earned it. And any NUFC fan can applaud and appreciate that.
    Oh, er, great vid ??

Risk is to turn the wage bill fair play rules into the mess Barca and Real did inflating wages. Sure one could out bid but then you need 11 quality men on the pitch not just one forward holding you hostage for a record weekly.

We need midfielders more than anything, shelvey and longstaff are liabilities.. if you look at the out of contract players for the summer (not to buy all of them, but would be good if we could!!!): Cantwell, Kamara, Zakaria, Tolisso, Isco. Offer them OTT wages and it's a massive improvement on what we have. Add James Ward Prowse as well. Central defenders: Stark, Ginter, Denayer, Dan Axel Zagadou. Along with Rugani from Juventus.
Left Backs: Luca Pellegrini, Noah Katterbach, Gian Luca-Itter.
Right backs: Josha Vagnoman, Tino Livramento.
Luxury signings to build team around: Ryan Gravenberch, Florian Wirtz. Centre forward: Patrick Schick.
Goalkeepers also needed: Florian Muller, would be a good signing. Along with Sam Johnstone. We can't pussy foot around we need a massive upgrade on players all over and quickly.

What i am reading is that all the players are turning us down because of the fact we are bottom club in the PL. So i can t see any quality player to come in unless we spend crazy money. Hopefully i am wrong but can you imagine what will happen against Leeds with the same XI as the Watford game

  10. Toon and Browns

Well done mate. Great interview. The one thing I will say which was echoed by you lads after the Watford game, just pay what you need to to get Carlos or a proper centre half in. Stop f#%^*#* around and just get them in the door.

  11. Clive Goodwin

At this stage, I don’t care about a marquee signing. We need more quality in… After the Watford game, we are edging towards a ‘win or bust’ season… Great interview! We’ll done NFTV ??????
