It’ll take time for players to buy in to Eddie Howes way of thinking but looks like he has a hands on approach and already getting their respect good luck to him.

No magic here – just someone who has short term, mid term and long term goals and believes in his ability to reach them. Get players to “buy in” to his philosophy. He knows who is with him and those that aren’t will soon realise that Newcastle are bigger than they will EVER be

I would use the clip of Shelvey slouching against the goalpost as a meme for WHY Newcastle are where they are. Hope that Eddie either turns him round or turfs him OUT

I'm genuinely excited to see Joelinton under Howe. I have always been impressed with his technical ability and passing to be honest. If we get players around him we can get so much more out of him. When he played Vs Brighton as a sub he did extremely well I thought

He's got a lot of work to do. It comes across as the players got too comfortable which is dangerous considering what happened to Sunderland a few years back. No doubt talented players but defo need coaching! Time for some united team spirit good luck!

Bit jealous coming from a Man Utd fan. U can see he has gone away to improve himself and his passion for the game is all to see. A fantastic man manager and coach.
    Exciting times for NUFC..?

As an AFC Bournemouth fan I wish Eddie and Newcastle every success. I hope he transforms Newcastle like he did our team and then we can all see him reach his full potential. Great man. Great Manager. Love the guy. He already has the freedom of Bournemouth and I reckon in three years he'll have the freedom of Newcastle too.
