The league table at the end of the season is not going to reflect the truth and rules of the game, VAR has absolutely failed at what it was supposed to do, there is no point in having it because the season is already ruined by how many shocking decisions have been made.

Penaldo fans still crying over a rightly disallowed goal…back was left for keeper to kick, how can penaldo goal stand. Maybe because he can’t score anymore tap ins these days

In the spirit of the game the ref was right a whistle blow means nothing anyone in the crowd can blow a whistle there are 17laws in the game but the referees have added another its called common sence wise up ronaldo and grow up

I don’t love Ronaldo but this is a legitimate goal. The Newcastle players were very innocent, thinking Ronaldo was gonna disregard the fact that the ref blew his whistle before the defender pass the ball to the keeper. The only thing I would like to know is why Ronaldo is pointing at the linesman, does anyone know?

So how is this a goal, how does it make it fun to say i scored a goal in this bullshit way, the ball needs to be played by players in order to be considered a match between 2 teams.

Even though it may be a valid goal but still that doesn't satisfy what we actually wanna see, we really want him to score goals just as he used to score in earlier times, out of the box and skilled.

Var is a technology used to rig and fix the beautiful game of football. Humans have become so dumb they actually prefer a VAR decision more accurate than a human referee. We are losing the battle is we are not careful. AI will take over humanity if we are not careful or if we don’t do something about it. Boycott VAR and let’s go back to how beautiful the game was before it was introduced

Very sad! That The world top sport, that is football. Everyone favorite but nobody is standing with Cristian Ronaldo only Roy Keane speaks out & the fans. Man united wants to dump world's favorite football star 🌟 that is Cristian Ronaldo they will never be able to do so cause Cristian Ronaldo is Cristian Ronaldo! Viva Goa.

100% a goal.. u can see a newcastle player scared. They know they trick is caught by ronaldo.. but the worst referre ruin it. To all referre, football is not just to kick a ball, it is also a mind play. Just remind me when united corner trick disallowed by th ref when ryan gigs cross the ball and united scored it.

Absolute rubbish. If you watch the footage from a different angle, you can see that the referee’s arm is raised throughout. He had NOT given the signal for play to restart – probably because Ronaldo was not back 10 yards. One thing this footage does show, however, is the petulant Portuguese touching the referee and that is why he was, rightly, booked.
