You need Bruno playing as much as he can for Brazil, daft comment to make. If he plays and performs well and Brazil do well he will come back on cloud 9 and in form

The comparison to cabaye is wrong. Cabaye was bought for 4.5mil, came in and proved to be much better than what we thought when we bought him. Bruno was bought to be a 40mil player and so far is proving to be one. But to compare, as of now we know cabaye was a big part of the team that finished 5th, our last European finish, bruno has yet to deliver that.

Based pn present form, who do you think will finish above us?
City. Arsenal. Chelsea. Possibly Spurs. Maybe Manure.
I can't seriously think of anybody else.
6th at worst imo. And potentially 4th

I feel Bruno will be around for a few seasons but I do honestly think we will have to start getting champions League or winning things for him to stick around long term! I want to see Bruno help win us a trophy before if or when he goes

In truth, currently, yes he is. However, he's also a canny lad who relishes being the big fish in the pool in the Toon, something he won't be in Real Madrid. He's also pretty much certain that in a couple of years, Newcastle will actually be one of the big fish in the Champions League and he'll be the guy leading the charge, utterly adored by the fanatical Toonarmy!

Time to abandon the “slow and steady” approach. We aren’t a threat for Champions League yet, but someone name me seven clubs who are better than us in league this year..you can’t. Top 6 is on the table imo…come January go aggressively get your targets. If you want Bruno and players like Botman to stay long term then show them we are serious about winning NOW. This squad has gone toe to toe with some of the best and under Howe I believe a European slot possible,if not likely. We get that and all this talk of Bruno leaving can f*ck off.

Interesting topic, I agree that if we aren't where we plan to be in upcoming seasons we could potentially lose players like Bruno and Maxi but atm I don't see that happening, I honestly think we can get Europa conference this season and grow on it next season, things are positive and going in the right direction

If we think every player that is great and plays for Newcastle is to good for us then we are going no where we carnt think like that Man City didn’t think like that it took them a while . This is nonsense as far as I’m concerned ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️👍

Of course Bruno is too big for us which is why it's amazing he is here. This guy SHOULD be playing regularly for Brazil, the champions league and not just as a squad player. We are probably 3 to 5 years away from that.

We are on track to become as good if not better than Real Madrid so why would he want to go? Why become a small fish in a big pond when he can be a big fish in a small (at the moment) pond? What I'm saying is, he could be a legend at Newcastle, but just another passing player at Madrid.

  11. FuzzyHacks

Under Ashley yeah he would have sold him at the first offer.

Now no, we don't need to sell him (lets hope he feels the same) as in he wants to stay and play. Just depends what Real Madrid say and offer (Money talks in players eyes) along with what Agents want.

PS: Lets hope We don't have an Andy Cole situation with Bruno.

PPS: If he does go, then go get Maddison, go all out and buy he's a quality mid player.

Im sure this channel is about nufc ? The way your talking about bruno playing for man city real madrid its like hes leaving. Read what he told real madrid he wants to be a LEGEND at nufc. Fuck sake he was playing against brentford on saturday. Not exactly world beaters.

Here's a thought, MAYBE, in the summer, BEFORE we signed Alexander Isack, he might've had doubts over our potential in this current season. I think some of the fan base also shared this stance. BUT, look at us now!
