Darren Eales might not be a name we all recognise however if you look at what he did at Atlanta. Secured the highest average attendance in the MLS, created the most valuable squad and generated the largest profits. Those 3 things show we he is the right man to help our owners, Eddie Howe and Dan Ashworth take our club to the next level. Way better than what we have had previously in the likes of Penfold thinking the likes of Bruce and Mcclaren are the right managers for the job etc.
Since the last time Darren Eales was part of an English club at West Brom he has gained tons more experience from his time at Atlanta in the MLS he's helped turn them into a club that is recognised globally as one of the best if not the best club in the MLS.
He has also previously worked with Dan Ashworth so has a great relationship there and I'm sure both will listen to the fans opinions on matters at the club and will take them on board.
