Another player through the door at Newcastle United as we bring in striker Chris Wood from Burnley.
A great piece of business from Newcastle as they have strengthened up front but also, and probably more importantly have weakened a relegation rival. Burnley obviously have the money to spend but can they attract anyone of the same stature as Chris Wood.
One thing is for certain, this won’t be the last piece of business in the window for Newcastle United.

Newcastle United have plans to make a splash in the transfer market, thanks to their new incredibly wealthy owners. Chris Wood is the latest player to move to Tyneside, with a switch from relegation rivals Burnley.
